The meeting will take place in Room K.1.1, on the first floor (i.e. one above the ground floor) in DFID's HQ on 22 Whitehall, SW1A 2EG. All delegates will need to register at reception and be escorted to the room. Unfortunately, for security reasons, delegates will not be able to move around the building freely and will need to be escorted if they wish to leave the meeting room.

Delegations will have one seat at the table and an additional seat in the next row. If the ADF Deputy needs to be accompanied by more than one person, he/she is requested to contact us.
