The second meeting of the Fourteenth Replenishment of the African Development Fund (ADF-14) took place from 30 June to o1 July, 2016, in Abidjan, Cote d'Ivoire.

The President of the Fund, in close collaboration with the Board of Directors and senior Bank management, consulted with State Participants on the various options for mobilizing additional subscriptions and supplementary resources towards the Fourteenth General Replenishment of the resources of the Fund (i.e. ADF-14). The meeting took place within the context of an overall aim of sustaining the operational activities of the Fund during the implementation of the Bank’s Group Long Term Strategy. Several Governors (or their representatives) of ADF-recipient countries, and observers from sister institutions have also attented the meeting.

The meeting has been chaired by Mr. Richard Manning, the designated coordinator of ADF-14, who produced a Summary at the end of discussions.
