Participants are requested to begin their registration online.

Formal registrations will start on Tuesday 10 November from 6.30 to 8.00 p.m., at Le Palm Club Hotel and will continue at the venue of the meeting, on Wednesday 11 November from 8.00 a.m. to 9.00 a.m.

Participants are kindly requested to make their own visa arrangements to enter Côte d’Ivoire. Should a delegate require an invitation letter for travel and visa purposes, kindly indicate so when completing your online registration.

In order to optimally organize the transportation of the various participants from Felix Houphouet Boigny Airport to Le Palm Club Hotel, we would be grateful if the contact person of each delegation could inform us about their hotel choice by contacting Madvee MUTHU via email ([email protected] ).

We have reserved 54 regular rooms (and 4 suites) at Le Palm Club Hotel, situated on a major thoroughfare and not far from the meetings’ venue. The planned dinners on the 11^th and the 12^th of November, will take place at the same hotel. Participants are encouraged to make (and pay for) their own reservations. The hotel particulars are:

There will be a field visit to an ADF-funded project within the vicinity of Abidjan on the morning of Wednesday, November 11, starting at 8:00 a.m.. The departure point for the field visit will be at Le Palm Club Hotel. Transportation and a light lunch will be provided for the delegates.

AfDB Group President Akinwumi Adesina will host a dinner for Heads of Delegation on Wednesday 11 November at the restaurant of Le Palm Club Hotel, at 6.30 p.m.

AfDB Group Vice-President (Finance), Charles Boamah, will host another dinner for all participants on 12 November on the premises of Le Palm Club Hotel, at 7.30 p.m.
