The Resource Mobilization and Partnerships Department supports the financing of African transformation based on AfDB's Ten-Year Strategy for 2013-22.

The Mid-Term Review (MTR) of the 14th Replenishment of the African Development Fund (ADF-14) took place from 24 to 26 October 2018, in Kigali, Rwanda.
